“I would never stay or refer anyone to stay at this hotel site”
i like that the hotel was able to check me in. The staff really ruined the stay so i don't have much to say about my likings. I was not able to check in with all my guest due a new rule or something. Apparently, the hotel just changed the rules right before my family arrived. I booked for 4 adults and 2 standard beds. After i check in, I take my family to the front desk so they can check in as my guest. While my family is checking in with their ID the then informed me that it was a mistake, they were not supposed to check me in because they don't check in anyone who lives in the city of Tampa and has it on their ID. They also informed me that ALL extended stays have enforced this rule so if i was to go to any other 1 it would be the same. So, I called the extended stay close to the 1 i was currently at and they had no idea what I was talking about they thought that it was ridiculous so in other words the hotel lied they just didn't want to check all my guest in for whatever reason. There was no breakfast included in the stay like the hotel reservation says there is supposed to be there was only coffee. The staff were talking so loud in the front lobby about personal things that really didn't need to be heard. Its smelled like cigarette smoke in my room i was highly upset they wouldn't even change my room. I would never recommend anyone staying at this hotel just because it looks like the manager hired all family and they are unwelcoming and unfriendly and more importantly the staff enforces whatever rules they like here at this specific location, If you ask me, its ghetto
