The spot is great and the staff are friendly, but the towels were ripped with holes and slits, and I even found hair on the lamp beside my bed. The valet didn’t drop my keys in the car, so when I got to my destination I had to turn off the engine and couldn’t start it again, forcing me to Uber back to the hotel to retrieve the keys and then Uber back to my car, which made me late to my event and cost me money I hadn’t planned to spend.
