The hotel is excellent, the setting is great, and the reception staff were outstanding; the bar Manolo is close to the hotel and Pablo provided great service. The only drawback is the lack of soundproofing in the rooms.

Parking is a nightmare in the surrounding streets; it took a while to find a spot right in front of us. A private parking lot would be perfect.

The pool, which should have been warm, was actually cold. It’s located in a basement and when it gets dark there’s no lighting. The spa was completely off and had no service. The room TV was not only warped and falling but also had no remote. The reception phone rang at 3 am and could be heard from the rooms. Breakfast offered no variety at all.
