We were greeted with a free upgrade and a complimentary drink upon arrival, and the staff were super friendly. The food was delicious, the spa was very relaxing, and the bar had high‑quality drinks; we’ll definitely come back. The hotel feels more suited for couples, so my kids had to hold their energy to avoid disturbing other guests.

We loved the gardens, the staff, and the food! The only downside was that our room didn’t have hot water.

Excellent service; the food exceeded every expectation, kudos to the whole staff; with a bit of maintenance it could be a 10. Unfortunately there were leaks in the room, the dryer was missing, the bathtub stopper didn’t seal completely, and the water was only lukewarm, not hot.
