The location is excellent, close to shops, restaurants, and tourist spots. The breakfast is full, the comfort is good, and the service is friendly.

The location was fantastic, not far from the Spanish Steps and a good central point for reaching other landmarks, shopping, and eateries. The welcome was great, very friendly and helpful! The room had a few dusty spots and the bidet was blocked.

The reception staff, Ms. Romina, was commendable—smiling, caring, and attentive even when there were more guests at check‑in, handling everything with utmost professionalism. Thanks. A few extra insects were a downside.
