The hotel's location is superb, being within walking distance to the city center and having a direct metro line to the airport made getting around a breeze.
The view from the window was fantastic, but unfortunately, there was a lack of amenities.
The facilities were spotless, and the water pressure in the shower was impressive.
The room was large and comfortable, with great views of downtown.

“Expensive but excellent”
Very safe in the Chicago stock exchange. Clean, comfy and amazing views. It’s expensive. Was also confusing on how to get to the hotel when first checking in. You have to ask security to let you through the elevators and take 2 up to the floor. Once you know it’s fine but the first time is super confusing
“Great location and very beautiful hotel.”
Beautiful! The place was very clean and secure, and the room was extremely comfortable. The view from the room was phenomenal—nothing to complain about.
The staff were friendly and the place was quiet. A nice perk was access to the health club. The wall and trim need a refresher.
“Confusing place to find after a long day of travel”
The views were nice, but the rooms themselves need an upgrade. We tried ordering food from the options listed in the room, yet security wouldn’t bring it up to us, so we had to go down and retrieve it ourselves, which was a hassle. I understand the safety measures, but it felt like I had to navigate a literal maze to get to the hotel, and the signage could be much better. My friend and I were shocked at how we had to reach the lobby. It was a decent hotel for a single night, but we won’t return.
The room was spacious and the view made the trip exceptionally memorable; it was also very quiet and the staff were efficient, helpful, and respectful. The location was convenient for our weekend plans, parking was easy to find and felt safe, the water pressure was great, and with only 21 rooms it felt perfect. I wish the hotel upgraded the sheets to 100% cotton because these were a bit scratchy. The coffee machine didn’t work well and the coffee never got hot. The facilities themselves need an upgrade—paint and wood are chipped. Continental breakfast is included, but it was all highly processed, heavy‑carb food, with only a few sad‑looking pieces of fruit. The facilities fee should be waived for the weekend because we had no access to a gym.
