“Falta de Respeito”
I didn’t check in, didn’t settle in that place, and didn’t check out for the same reason. On the day I arrived, right before the place, the car I hired couldn’t reach the door. I called the parking and was told I’d have to keep walking up with my luggage. I’m 62, have heart problems, I would never do that; it felt like a lack of consideration and respect. So I left without getting off the car. I refuse to pay and believe I won’t be charged; I think I should be reimbursed for this nonsense. The woman who answered said the app didn’t warn you that you’d have to walk up the street, you must be joking. I hope they remove the conversation. I didn’t like it because I didn’t settle in, I just refused to get out of the car down there and walk with bags to the place. I hope I don’t suffer financial loss with this crap.
