We stayed in a decent apartment on the 12th floor of a residential complex. It had two double‑bed bedrooms, a living‑studio with a kitchen and sofa, a balcony, and the courtyard had pavilions, trees, little fish ponds that looked nice at night. The place was behind a gate, and the nearest metro was the 10/7 interchange; from exit E you could walk into the shopping center’s basement grocery and a few good cafés on the first two floors.

The place was a roomy apartment in a great spot, and the host was fantastic—he even brought a pack of bottled water and was ready to help with food deliveries. Inside you find a washing machine, gas stove, split AC, fridge, TV, a sleek toilet with lights and a heated seat, and Wi‑Fi. The beds and sofa are huge and comfy. The private courtyard is lush, with a nice playground for kids. We booked it with a bit of hesitation because there was only one review, but it turned out to be a solid choice.

The apartment was spotless, with two big, bright rooms and a bathroom that separates wet and dry areas. It’s in a fantastic spot—just a 20‑minute walk to the Forbidden City and Sanlitun. Definitely looking forward to staying here again.
