Great location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable. A staff member even interrupted her break to make us coffee right before we left, which was much appreciated. Check‑in was a hassle. The room was small and minimalist, with a large pillar at the end of the bed.

Breakfast and location were good. The corridors were dark and the shower that opens into the WC was awkward.

It was very annoying! We booked the loft room with balcony and view for one night at €249, but received a room without a balcony overlooking the courtyard. The receptionist said no other rooms were available at the moment and that the hotel had no control over it. We cannot recommend a hotel like this – the price‑performance ratio is unacceptable!

I love this hotel – I've stayed a few times and it’s just great. Nothing really.

The room was spacious, close to the train station, and the neighbourhood was quiet.
