The hotel was lovely. I stayed in a large apartment that had everything you could need. The only issue was a small kitchen unit that was falling apart at the base, and the bathroom was tiny and located right next to the bed.

⭐ I was utterly disappointed – I would never return. From the moment we arrived, the front desk was unhelpful and hard to understand, and they didn’t give us a proper tour or explain anything. The room smelled like mold and felt old, dirty, and poorly maintained. Worse, when I turned on the tap to brush my teeth, the water had a strong sewage odor; I couldn’t use it and had to buy bottled water to feel comfortable. The room was so off‑putting that I slept in my clothes because the bed felt unsafe. I had already paid, so I felt trapped in a place I didn’t want to be. To top it off, I was asked to pay a £100 deposit that wasn’t clearly disclosed beforehand, which was very stressful since it was money I could barely spare. I couldn’t sleep all night because of the loud noise outside, with people shouting. Overall, this was one of the worst stays I’ve had. The unhelpful staff, mold smell, sewage‑tainted tap water, bad room condition, unexpected deposit, and relentless noise made the experience miserable. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to think twice before booking. The property needs major renovation and a serious upgrade in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. Save your money and look elsewhere.
