“Zero Star”

First, checking in required an extra RM 11 because the money paid through Booking wasn’t enough; they also asked for a RM 50 deposit after claiming no extra charges. Second, the booking listed “Pool View,” but the room given had no pool view, and the receptionist said an extra fee was needed for a pool view, so I accepted the room that wasn’t a pool view. Third, the room was dirty and ready for guests, with many cockroach droppings on the mattress and in the bathroom; the receptionist only sent cleaning staff to tidy it up, and after five minutes another droppings appeared on the mattress. I decided to check in quickly just to shower and check out, forgetting to take photos of the droppings. It was my first time paying about 120 for a hotel with such poor service; even a one‑star rating feels unfair. Zero stars.

The price was definitely right, but unfortunately, the room didn't quite live up to the photos. I mean, it was a decent deal, but when I saw the cockroaches scurrying around and the giant stain on the bed sheet, I was a bit taken aback. It felt like the room hadn't been properly cleaned in ages, and the whole experience was pretty underwhelming.

The views from this place are absolutely stunning, and the location is perfect - I was close to some really cool attractions like the zoo. It's a great spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

“Reasonable price”

The location of this place is seriously unbeatable – it's right in the heart of the action. But, unfortunately, the cleaning standards left a lot to be desired. I mean, I've seen cleaner floors in a hostel dorm room.
