The proximity to the city and the quiet location were appreciated.

On the evening of our arrival we noticed there was no hot water, and this lasted all five nights of our stay; how can there be no maintenance service on site?

A very nice lady at reception; the hot water system failed, and the room was cancelled at the reception lady's suggestion. Even though it was promised that no cancellation fees would apply due to the defect, I was charged the full amount.
“Overall good stay for one hight and very good breakfast”
The reception lady was very helpful, but the carpets in the rooms were too old.
