The location, room size, and service met our needs; everything was great, even though they offered us a simple breakfast for free even though we didn’t pay for it. Everything was excellent.

“Fabulous B&B in central Amsterdam!”

The place was spotless and cozy, and our hostess showed great thoughtfulness and care; the bed was super comfy and the shower pressure was fantastic, plus the breakfasts were tasty. The only downside was that we had to leave.

“Great way to experience Amsterdam in an actual skinny building on a canal (with modern essentials).”

The room was clean, nicely furnished, quiet, with a very comfortable bed and a great bathroom; we received croissants, coffee, and juice at the door, and there was a Nespresso machine in the room. The location was excellent, so we hardly needed to leave the area except for museum visits. The only issue was the lack of a wash rag in the bathroom—something that might be expected elsewhere.

“A charming historic property on the canal with a very friendly host.”

I skipped breakfast, but the host gave us fresh orange juice and freshly baked croissants. The stairs were steep, which reflects the building’s character and age.
