The beds were incredibly comfortable.

Breakfast was very complete. I stayed in a room that faced the main façade street, and at night the street noise could be heard.

The place was very clean and the staff were friendly. A free thermos with boiling water and a mountain sickness tea were always available, and the view of the city was wonderful. The hotel is a bit far from the center and quite high up – after walking around, you don’t want to climb back up the hill, so you have to take a taxi.

We were received very warmly. Arriving before check‑in time, they let us stay in the room and we had a delicious breakfast. We even had dinner there one night, and the food was great! The location near the center, the marvelous city view, the comfortable bed, and the good shower – no complaints, just praise!

The service, comfort, and quality of the amenities were excellent. For me everything was perfect.
