The staff were friendly and accommodating, the surroundings were beautiful, the food was great, and it was quiet. However, not all spa facilities were working, the room temperature was hard to manage—warm and humid with windows closed, cold with them open—and an AC would have been nice. The bed was too soft, and the overall structure and interiors show signs of age.
The drink prices at the restaurant, for example a glass of wine, were high.
“Top gerne wieder”
Ruhige Lage trotz Nähe zur Autobahn 😀
“Schönes Heidehotel”
The personnel were very friendly, the breakfast was good, and the room was lovely, but the bed was sagging, and there was only one bathrobe and slippers in the closet for two people.
The service was great and the breakfast was good.
