The food was excellent. A few days before arrival I got an email telling me to do online check‑in to improve the arrival experience, but when I got there I had to stand in a line of 20 people. There were two lines, one for “class” with very few people and a general one, so the online check‑in process was inconsistent and contradicted the “improve your arrival” claim. I think there should be a separate line for those who do online check‑in, and even though the reception staff were very friendly they got distracted, making the wait more unpleasant. I understand it’s a peak time, which is an area for improvement, a continuous improvement opportunity. I’m ready to provide my details if needed.

La comodidad, limpieza y la excelente atención del personal. En el Restaurante de cortes, en la instalación faltó aire acondicionado, por lo que la estancia se volvió incómoda, pero los alimentos fueron de excelente calidad, así como la atención del personal

The space, restaurants, and food were great. The pool water was too hot, and the bathrooms had no cold water—everything was just hot.
