The place was clean, the owner was lovely, and I got to hang out with the chickens ChaCha and Roshi while enjoying a digital detox.

Hidden away from the street, surrounded by trees, this one‑room inn offers a quiet, bird‑song‑filled healing space 🌳, and the nearby hot‑spring spot is a bonus I’ll return to ♨️. The narrow road from the street to the inn, with hairpin turns, can feel a bit unsettling in the dark 🚘️.

The mountain retreat is quiet and beautiful, the host lady is friendly, and if time allows, I’d stay for a few days to heal, read, and soak in the rain‑lit atmosphere that feels like part of nature itself. The nearby hot spring is conveniently driven to, so everything went smoothly.
