The location felt premium, which probably explains the higher rate. The room was mediocre—never cooled properly at night, the mini‑fridge barely chilled, and downtown parking was an extra charge that made us question the value of the room.

“For the amount of money I paid to stay here, I have stayed in a different hotel that was nicer and cheaper.”

The spot was convenient, but the rooms were cramped, breakfast was omitted, the in‑room phone failed, there was no table, and the fridge was too small.

I liked the property and the room was clean and comfy, but I was let down when the king suite I booked months in advance was unavailable and I was moved to a double room—this is the second time this has happened.

The location was great, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean; the gym and pool were excellent. Parking in the garage was a tight fit for our truck and pricey.
