The location is great, even though it’s near the main traffic artery and the railway, the view of the forest is wonderful. The facilities are impressive: indoor and outdoor pools, sauna and salt room, gym and tennis court, playground, wide courtyard, outdoor grill and pavilions. The food is tasty, based on a daily set menu, balanced and authentic to the Bucovina region. The staff is friendly and honored every request. Note that there are two buildings: the spa‑focused one has double rooms and one apartment, while the other building is further back and contains only apartments. Make sure to specify your preferred building when booking, especially if you have children and it’s winter. On the downside, the indoor pool could use some improvement in appearance and finishes. The water temperature is fine, but during winter we felt it should have been a bit warmer, especially for the little ones. For those who want smart TVs and large screens, this place doesn’t deliver; the ones we stayed in had small TVs with weak signal.

“Nu as vrea sa cobor atat de jos...”

The scenery is superb. The dinner offered by your staff is unacceptable! The room was unclean, slippers on the radiator, and all night the radiators rattled and made a death‑like noise! How can you offer services that don’t match the price???

We stayed just one night, two families, the staff was very attentive and nice, the atmosphere was pleasant “like home”, the kids enjoyed the pool. I highly recommend and will definitely return.
