The room was spacious and clean, the location was convenient, and the price was good value, yet the check‑in process could have been smoother and quicker.

“Super value for money”

The staff here are super helpful, always on hand to sort things out. My executive room was a good size, not fancy but comfy and that's what mattered. The breakfast cook could whip up a decent western omelette, which was a nice touch. It's not a bad spot if you're flying in or out of the airport, and they've got a spa if you need to unwind - just wish they'd sort out some late-night grub, 'cause after 9pm you're out of luck. The breakfast buffet was pretty meh for my taste.

“Acomodação muito boa”

Everything was great - the accommodation, location near a big shopping centre, breakfast, and restaurant. My only gripe is that not all the staff spoke English, which could be a bit of a challenge.

“very good hotel for business traveller”

We got an executive room, which was really nice. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and overall our experience was great. The location's pretty convenient too. One downside was the bar on the first floor closing around 10pm - a bit early if you ask me.

The hotel was clean and the staff at the front desk were friendly, which made a good impression. I enjoyed the breakfast options, but I did find it a bit far from the city center. That being said, it's just a 5-minute walk to the huge Universal Port shopping mall, which has plenty of affordable food options.
