Vonder Miami Beach - Unit 4

The area is nice, but the room is tiny. The air conditioner runs on eco mode and can get hot. There’s no laundry service or towel changes, and no pool. Parking is awful – you must pay and it’s expensive, especially weekends. The local parking is for bars and you can’t park more than three hours straight.

The location is good, but the apartment was dirty. Towels for the whole stay were few and unclean. The unit was booked for four people, yet when we arrived the second bed (sofa bed) wasn’t made and had no sheets; the mattress protector was also dirty.

“Needs some more attention of the owner.”

The spot right next to the south beach and Ocean Drive is solid. The place wasn’t very clean – the carpet and sofa were too dirty. The TV was left on when we arrived, making us think someone was still in the room. Street noise was a bit loud.

Staying in Vonder Miami Beach felt a bit like home. The apartment was spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean. Everything was perfect and meticulously arranged, so you feel comfortable right away. We also liked that the apartment had everything you need for a carefree stay: beach towels, a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer for longer trips. Everything was tidy, well maintained, and the focus on comfort and cleanliness was clear. It’s a place we’d gladly return to when we’re back in Miami. 🌴✨
