I liked how tidy the room was and how polite the staff were, but the mattress was terrible and the four overstuffed pillows per bed were absurdly uncomfortable, and there was nowhere to put them off the bed.

The place was very clean, and after staying at many hotels I think it feels more like a motel turned hotel, but the spot itself was nice. The freeway noise was incredibly loud.

“Good balance of price and accommodations.”

The room was clean, the location was convenient, the bed was comfortable, the shower was nice, and the soaps were fresh and recently updated; the room could be accessed from inside the building. I was charged extra for parking and it would have been better if that cost was included in the base price. The freeway noise was annoying, and there were no outdoor areas to relax in, which is a must for Flagstaff.

The showers were the best I've ever had in a hotel, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. I didn't like having to pay for parking.
