The apartment was nice and well maintained, and the owner was very friendly. Unfortunately, the heating was turned off in the evening, so it was cold all night; we were there in winter when outside temperatures dropped below zero.

The apartment looked very shabby and worn. It strongly smelled of cigarette smoke and food from the restaurant below. The area was unpleasant and we didn't feel safe. The photos and description did not match reality. We had booked a non‑smoking unit, which was not the case. We left the apartment shortly after arrival because of all this, and we asked for a refund, which we did not receive.

A good spot for a family getaway. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is adequately equipped.

A top room for many people at a great price. The traffic and party noise from the opposite street could be heard.
