The service, location, and price were all excellent. One day we had an issue with the hot water and the bathtub didn’t work.

Everything is very nice, I love everything. I liked it because everything is close to the hotel.

The lobby, restaurant, and common areas were very pleasant, though the buffet was repetitive. It’s located right in the center, making it a good spot to explore Mérida’s amazing sites. It’s a place I recommend. It lacks a gym, spa, and the pool is small. The restaurant closes at 3 pm. Overall everything works well: hot water is instant, the internet is excellent, the place is very clean, and the service is outstanding.
