The staff were very friendly, the atmosphere calm and quiet, the food great, and the place was spotless; the central spot in Grossarltal is perfect for various hikes. I might have liked fresher spreads at breakfast.

The staff are very nice in all areas. There are great activities for children. The food is delicious, with no waiting times. The room has a fridge. It is not air‑conditioned, so when it cools at night, that's just a problem.

The location is good! Family‑friendly! Check‑in and check‑out are uncomplicated! There are many play options for kids! The food is excellent! Our room was a bit cornered and we could hear noises from the hallway (especially the squeaking) from the neighbor’s door.
