Located directly on Sea Point beach, the First Group Riviera Suites offers fully equipped self-catering accommodation with kitchenettes and some units featuring furnished balconies for ocean views. A 24-hour front desk provides services, including airport shuttle and tour desk assistance. Limited parking is available for a daily fee, pre-arrangement required. Dog-friendly amenities include a menu in the restaurant and bar.

I found the experience to be truly exceptional, enjoyable, and exciting, and I’m happy with how everything turned out.

Everything was flawless and in order; I loved every detail of the first group, and my partner adored the choice we made, so we’re already planning to return soon. The breakfast service didn’t meet our expectations – we thought it would be a self‑serve station, but it was hard to figure out what was on the menu at the restaurant.

Excellent location. Beautifully renovated rooms. Loved the big TV. There is only 3 parking bays. It's allocated on a first come first basis. However, you are not guaranteed a parking bay when you return. Please note that there are no lifts at the moment. It's in the process of being installed

We had to climb all the stairs because the elevator was under repair; we were notified, but it was still difficult for us, especially on floors 73 and 76.
