“We will never come back !”

The location is fine. The staff were terrible, very arrogant and not welcoming at all! The hotel conditions were awful.

The calm, the view of Lake Lugano, the beauty of nature and the wonderful old houses are the best things in the area where the hotel is located 🌹. Their care for guests, whether it’s the reception staff or the room‑arranging supervisors, especially (Layla), is very cooperative.

Very friendly staff, a closed parking lot and good quality food. The location is also beautiful. It could be cleaner: there are stains on the carpet in the room, some mold in the bathroom, and you hear the noise of the wellness pool all night through the walls. Not quite the standard for the price.

The facility is well maintained, the rooms are large and welcoming, the breakfast is abundant and very varied, and the private spa is well cared for just a couple of steps from the casino.
