CHECK inn SELECT Hualien LinSen sits a 10‑minute drive from Hualien Train Station and bus hub, and a 5‑minute walk from Pine Garden. The 3‑star hotel offers a cozy reading corner, fitness centre, karaoke room, and elegant rooms with flat‑screen TV, blackout curtains, private balcony, marble bathroom, free Wi‑Fi, and bottled water. Nearby, Chihsingtan Beach, Farglory Ocean Park, and Hualien Airport are easily accessible.

The luxury double room is very spacious and overall very comfortable, offering good value. The shower water isn’t hot enough, so if you really want a soak you’ll be disappointed.

Parking is a real problem—there are only a few spots, they’re all paid and still no space for guests, and the few spots that exist are open to non‑guests, so you can’t park.

It’s close to Far Eastern Department Store, easy to walk, and there’s a PX supermarket nearby. This is my third stay; the owners have changed but the equipment and service haven’t improved, so it’s a bit disappointing compared to my first two visits.
