“Warst memories”

No chances. There was no car parking, my car was parked on a public road, the entire building was a smoking zone, there was no cleaning, and the hotel was located in a fully slum area—really shame to shame.

“Beware don't pay in advance and , Shady, unsafe, Water is not available, Rude”

I was shocked by the reception staff who, after I paid in advance, pretended not to understand English. After driving almost 15 km to the hotel, the receptionist insisted my booking was cancelled. I explained that if they didn’t give me the room I’d paid for or issue a refund, I’d contact the owner and file a complaint. When I asked for the owner’s contact and said I’d send a formal complaint, they abruptly changed tone and secured a room in 15 minutes. This shows a serious lack of honesty and professionalism. The place seemed more focused on quick hourly bookings for young couples than on reliable service for real travelers, so families, solo travelers, and especially single women should avoid it. Safety and professionalism appear to be low priorities. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, and the corridors were dark, neglected, and unsafe. The lighting was inadequate, creating a very uncomfortable atmosphere. The door lock was loose and unreliable, making it hard to secure the room. On top of that, I had an early morning flight and needed to get ready, but there was no running water in the washroom. For a hotel, lacking such a basic amenity is completely unacceptable. A property that can’t provide clean rooms, proper security, adequate lighting, and running water fails at the most fundamental level of hospitality.
