The staff were nice, but the infrastructure is terrible.

They took care of all my needs well, and I had an amazing dinner at sunset while looking at the pyramids; the staff were very welcoming.

The only bright spot was a young woman named Fara who tried hard to learn Spanish and English, was very helpful, and the concierges seemed eager to please anyone new. Everything else was awful: the room was never cleaned, we ended up with a pile of trash, no toilet paper, no hand towels, no washcloths, and no bath towels. The hotel sits in a building under construction with a real danger of collapse or falling debris, on the 12th floor with decent views and terraces. The entrance was basically non‑existent, so on the first night I couldn’t find it, even the taxi driver couldn’t locate it with GPS. The 24‑hour restaurant and coffee shop they claim to have are not real at all.
