The staff were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to resolve any issues that arose
It's clear that they're the cheapest option in town, but that doesn't mean you have to sacrifice cleanliness and comfort

“Great !!!”
The staff were super friendly and met all our needs, and the rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds; I’ll definitely return next time I’m in New Richmond Wi, though the breakfast could use more options. Just a few outlets didn’t work, but overall a wonderful stay.
“Wonderful!”
I didn’t eat there, and otherwise nothing to note.
“Really great for the weekend would stay again!”
It was quiet; no sound from other rooms could be heard, but the bed was slightly uncomfortable.
“Great people, Nice clean place to stay”
I ended up with a firm mattress and wished I’d asked for a softer one for better comfort.
“The hotel staff was amazing and understanding booking.com on the other hand was not and would not provide me my proper r”
The place was dirty, and the toilet was off the ground.
