“mehr schlecht als recht, völlig überteuert!!!!”
Charging almost 300 € per night for such a room is outrageous; even with high demand in Berlin, it is the business's duty to set a reasonable price.
Sehr freundliches Personal, Frühstück war ausreichend - von allem etwas da. Auch eine unkomplizierte Gepäckaufbewahrung wurde für mich organisiert. Ich bin sehr zufrieden
“Passt zum Übernachten”
The old‑building room had charm and was fairly spacious; the furnishings were simple but adequate, the value for money solid, and the location was easily reachable; the breakfast area was in front of the room, the breakfast itself was not a hit, but the bathroom was a bit outdated.

Because I have serious knee problems, I deliberately chose a hotel with an elevator, but the elevator was blocked; this is the second time this has happened in Berlin and is absolutely unacceptable, warranting a price reduction; the room is marketed as a single but is never a double, leaving very little room to move.
“Gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis”
The price‑performance is solid, the room is small but adequate, it has a private bathroom, and the breakfast is great for the price. Unfortunately the toilet wasn’t completely clean; there was a long hair and a brown spot, so I ended up cleaning it myself. Only a small window could be opened, the large one wouldn’t budge.
