“Schrecklich”

Nothing really. The water in the sink on the right side leaked from a pipe against the wall onto the floor, there was no Wi‑Fi, nobody spoke English, the staff were unfriendly, we had to wait 30 minutes with the door closed until someone opened it, the bed linen was dirty, and the building looked very shabby.

“Meh.”

Nobody was there when I arrived, so I had to wait an hour to get in even though I had told them my arrival time. Finding the place required reading the reviews. The room itself turned out to be surprisingly okay, but the staff were useless. They made me wait an hour to get in, there was a leaking pipe in the bathroom, staff seemed indifferent, and it was impossible to find the hotel without reading the reviews.

“Tranquille mais à améliorer”

The location, the staff, the organization, and the smell were fine. There was a very loud noise from the air‑conditioning units next to the room, no toilet paper (an empty roll), water leaks in the toilets, and black stains on the towel and on the white bed cover.

The person who received us had no customer care, the room was not as described and there was no Wi‑Fi.
