The location to the airport was convenient and the room was clean. The bed sheet was very small, and the bathroom was tiny.

All the staff were very courteous and helpful. The airport shuttle service was convenient. The dinner menu and meal were excellent.

“Overall good, but very upset about the poor quality sheets which did not fit the mattress.”

The location, staff, room cleanliness, and everything else were excellent! I really appreciated the early‑morning shuttle. The bottom sheet didn’t fit the bed and barely covered the mattress, so I ended up sleeping on the mattress for half the night. That’s unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber; they need to invest in better sheets.

“Perfect price point and shuttle for in transit stay. Industrial area”

I was close to the airport and used the shuttle. The rooms were roomy and had everything I needed for a transit stay, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The on‑site food was basic but reasonably priced, and there were no bugs. However, the rooms were unreasonably hot even though air conditioning is listed as an amenity; the thermostats were disabled in all three rooms we booked. We had to open the windows for airflow, which let mosquitoes in and bite us—killed several, but still got bites. There was also heavy cigarette smoke on the property.

The restaurant service and food were great. You can easily hear noises from other rooms. It wasn’t a huge issue, but the walls are thinner than at other places we’ve stayed.
