The location, parking, check‑in, and rooms were all great.
We were promised early check‑in and could use the room, but on arrival that didn’t happen and we got a different room; later that evening, when we returned to our original room, new rugs appeared on the floor, the existing fan was swapped for another, all despite us already having occupied it.
The room had an unpleasant odor.
A friendly front desk, early check‑in possible on request, a small café machine provided, and it felt like home.
