It was close to all the services, but the fridge broke and they didn't help with an extension.

Nothing. Unfortunately I booked a chalet for 2, but when we arrived they said the booking was for one person, so they made us pay an extra 30 dinars per person and I paid 90 dinars in addition to the original amount.
