The staff were attentive, but the water never got hot enough and stayed lukewarm.

The staff were great, we Brazilians found everyone very polite and eager to help, and the place felt cozy overall. The room was dirty, with soiled sheets, blankets, and a filthy bathroom; the shower took forever to heat up, sometimes never heating at all as happened once.

Breakfast was awful and the bathroom was dirty. I didn't like anything.

Nothing at all. They cancelled our stay and we never got to go.
