When we first checked in, we appreciated the coffee and snacks that were offered, but this time they weren’t available. I just wanted to mention it in case it helps future guests.

“Great stay but I didn’t see any staff the whole trip”

The cabin was gorgeous and spacious enough for two adults, and I really appreciated the quiet and peaceful surroundings. The evening pool was relaxing and enjoyable, but I wish someone had walked through the amenities more thoroughly, and a knife to cut fruit would have been handy. We didn't receive daily housekeeping, and I'm not sure if that's standard.

“残念　二度とここは使いません”

Every time we did something, there were complaints, so there were no good points to mention. The villa didn't allow cooking in the kitchen, and when a few kids entered the pool, we were suddenly charged 4200 pesos without any prior notice; the charge was added at checkout. The staff didn't clear the trash outside unless I called, and they wouldn't clean the room unless I requested it. Nothing left a good impression.

“Nice, spacious and clean”

The place was clean and spacious, with comfortable rooms and a safe, roomy park that had little traffic around. However, the outdoor seating area was a bit cramped for a property that can accommodate 8‑10 people, and the kitchen lacked any cookware, which is inconvenient for travelers coming from abroad.
