The spot was great, but the room left a lot to be desired – it was dirty and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable.

I liked the location and the front desk staff were very friendly, but given where the hotel sits I expected better upkeep; it felt like maintenance had been neglected for a long time and many areas needed repair, updating and a deep clean.

Was close to everything we needed to be close to. Beds were also comfortable. It was dirty!!! Smelled like gas everywhere!!! My mom almost fell because the floor is lifting by the elevator on the 2nd floor. Every time you flushed the toilet it would whistle and make the longest strange noise. There was no free breakfast included like they said they had provided. Horrible experience not book with them again

The location was convenient from our destination, and the staff and bar/restaurant were great, but we saw roaches in the hallway on our way to the room, found a white powdery substance along the walls behind the nightstand and bed, saw broken tiles lifting off the floor in the bathroom, the A/C wasn’t working properly, and the top blankets had brown stains that looked like poop.
