“Wonderful castle experience”
The vibes were unique, the hosts very welcoming and friendly, and the rooms beautifully furnished. Nothing to add.
I was completely enchanted by this spot – the hosts were warm and friendly, and the room stocked everything you could possibly need, even more. The sitting area, complete with a real fireplace, was incredibly cozy on a stormy autumn evening.

Like many others, I found this place truly one-of-a-kind, especially compared to the longhouse in Sarawak and the timber cabin in Alaska we’d been to. The hosts were excellent, giving a brief tour before letting us explore on our own. My wife struggled with the stone circular stairs, but the hosts supplied plenty of food, covering both dinner and breakfast. No complaints at all.
