“Bon séjour dans l'ensemble”
The view facing the beautiful Bourget lake was a highlight, yet the road noise was annoying and the bathroom felt a bit cramped.

The location was good, but the toilets were very small.

The place was well situated, the surroundings were nice, and the staff were very efficient and friendly, but the room on the hill side was tiny and poorly equipped: the bathroom was badly arranged with no spot to place any toiletries, the tablet was inadequate for two people, there was no extra furniture, no side table, no wardrobe, and the closet had no doors; the only storage was open shelving hidden behind the open bedroom door, and the TV screen was tiny. The rating of *** for this part of the hotel is completely unjustified, barely reaching a **, and the staff’s dedication cannot make up for this discomfort.
