The only positive was the proximity to the beach. The staff were incompetent.

We were very satisfied with everything at the hotel. In particular, Şule Hanım always tried to help us with breakfast, and Umut Bey was very attentive—thank you. When I come back to Bitez, I’ll choose this hotel without hesitation.

The place was clean and quiet, but the reception staff had trouble understanding me and didn’t speak English.

There was no water, glasses, or kettle in the room, which was very inconvenient, and breakfast was extremely meager.

The hotel looked stunning with plenty of flowers and a lovely outdoor area.
