Excellent hotel with the magnificent Tien Sa beach.

The spot was great because it had its own private beach, the staff were friendly, rooms stayed tidy, and the wifi was solid. The downside was that the hotel faces a port, so trucks and heavy machinery rumbled loudly all day and night—ear plugs are a must.

The breakfast was lavish, the changing room by the pool was clean and pleasant, and the staff were helpful. I wish the staff had given more details at check‑in about activities, and the guidebook in my room only had Korean and Vietnamese—an English version would be nice.

“Dirty absolute filthy premises cigarette buts on a roof which were visible from room”

Not great. The climb to the room was massive, and there was no lift to the floor or level 1.
