I was told I was paying for everything, but then I was charged more money when I got to the hotel, and I was not happy about that at all.

The property itself was solid, with no negatives to report.
“Budget friendly but better stays elsewhere can be had and safer.”
I enjoyed the jacuzzi in the room. I stayed 4 days and everyday I returned I had to get the key re configured. They never asked for my ID, never checked just gave me a new key. Breakfast wayyyyy not worth it. And you can't even take it to your room. Waffles, one juice, warm water with no ice, stale bread and some cereal and coffee. They also charged me $70 from my deposit for some Bs and the employees are rude

Absolutely nothing. The hotel manger was extremely rude. The room was filthy. The person before us checked out at 2:30 pm and they put us in the room at 3:00 pm. They sent a cleaning lady to the room and all she did was use a towel to wipe the toilet and left. Ants were crawling everyone and one was on my son. Dead bug in the corner, hole in the wall. See photos. The management was extremely rude and unprofessional. I spoke with the evening manager when we checked in and she said our room was refundable and if we check out, we will be charged 1 night stay. When we checked out the morning manager told us we would be charged for two nights, extremely rude. The place is horrible. I told her that this is unacceptable and asked for corporate, she said I'm the manger and kept being nasty. Than said she'll refund the remaining 3 days. I just noticed, she lied once again and we were charged the 2 days. Stay away from this place
