Best Western Plus Longbranch Hotel & Convention Center

The location and the beds. Was not crisp and clean. Things were worn and old. The smokealarm in our room went off at 5 in the morning for no reason fireman came to our room. The person on call didn't really know what to do. And we left the room came back later alarm was fixed but no one ever told what was wrong or made any comment to us for our inconvenience

“Large, clean, comfortable room in convenient location.”

The room was very nice, large, comfortable, and clean, and the parking lot was conveniently accessible. It’s close to shopping, restaurants, and a nearby walking trail. The check‑in process was a bit odd; we had to wait for someone to arrive with little explanation.

“Decent, but not great.”

The hotel was clean and conveniently located near major roads, restaurants, and shopping. The TV in our initial room was broken, so they “upgraded” us to a pool‑view room that had a TV but no remote. The hotel itself feels dated and somewhat dark, and the online photos were misleading once we were there.

The air conditioner was damp and failed to keep the room at a steady temperature.

“Quiet and comfortable, but lacking in the amenities.”

The room was comfy, cool, and quiet, and checking in and out was a breeze, though the breakfast area was a long walk away. Breakfast itself was terrible: the eggs were hard and dry, there was a shortage of fresh fruit and pastries, and the kitchen staff were irritable, unsmiling, and unhelpful—they even locked us in at exactly 9 a.m.! I found that level of friendliness lacking for a hotel of that size.
