The hotel’s location was great, and I was able to check into my room as early as 11 a.m.; the parking lot was conveniently situated, and the front desk staff were very friendly. However, on Sunday I had to wait over 15 minutes just to get into the breakfast room because it was completely full, then I was forced to sit in the bar where the chair was filthy, and the coffee service took another half‑hour to arrive.

“Ein gelungener Aufenthalt in Augsburg”

I stayed in a lovely Superior room that had French balconies and a very large bathroom, positioned quietly at the back of the property. Everything worked smoothly—from the reception, which had my room ready a bit earlier than expected, to the luggage service and valet parking. The rooftop outdoor pool was a highlight, and it was rare to find that the restaurant, the day bar, and the bar offered food throughout the day in such remarkable quality. The hotel and restaurant staff were very friendly and never came across as arrogant, which is often the case in comparable hotels.
