We were already the second guest at the NH. We love the central location for a city trip to Santa Cruz.

The hotel was clean, well maintained, comfortable, in a good location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was nothing I did not like.

The place is spot on, super clean, feels brand‑new with fresh furniture and appliances. The bathroom is fantastic, especially the tub. Everything else was great.

Nice city hotel, everything spotless, plenty of toiletries in the bathroom. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety, all delicious. Staff were friendly. The shower was inside the tub, and getting in and out was a bit tough if you’re small. A strip of floor near the bathroom door had come loose.
