“London walk to Parki g”
I was happy with the surrounding areas, but the room wasn’t ready when I arrived, which was a bit frustrating.
“Generally good but could do with an upgrade”
The location was lovely and the spa baths were beautiful, yet the lack of open restaurants, the need for a room refresh, and the slightly dated facilities left something to be desired.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast spread was fantastic. The hotel and spa facilities were very clean. The rooms feel a bit dated and tired, especially the bathrooms, and there aren’t enough power outlets. The bar fridge also didn’t work.
The warm pools, jacuzzi, restaurant, arcade, and excellent breakfast all hit the mark, but I was disappointed that the bedroom lacked a kitchenette.
The atmosphere was very relaxing, the hotel room’s location was good, breakfast was amazing, and the hot springs were lovely, but the rooms felt outdated, missing a smart TV, and the air conditioner sounded like a generator; there was no room service, the patio furniture was dirty, the daycare centre’s status was unclear, and the reception staff seemed uninformed and unhelpful with general questions.
