The staff were very friendly and helpful. The shower water was hot. The proximity to shops was good. The furniture was old, the walls could use some paint, the room wasn’t cleaned when I arrived, and there were hair from previous guests everywhere.

The host is incredibly kind, with a big heart and genuine care that you can feel; the kitchen and shared areas are great, and I met some lovely people while staying there.

The owner is a wonderful person, very friendly and welcoming, and she offered us a kitchen and a beautiful, quiet lounge where we felt very comfortable. The only downside was that there was no water for one day, but that was a citywide issue and she provided a solution, which I really appreciated.
