No slippers, 2 towels only, no cream, nothing provided in the bathroom, not even a glass to put toothbrush. The level of a very cheap hotel for a very expensive price

The attention to detail for me and my family was spectacular. The customer service from Isabel, meticulous and attentive, and Diana, with Guanacasteca warmth, made it all worthwhile for the effort we put into reaching this hotel.

“Hotel moderno, bem localizado, quarto, serviço e café, tudo bom.”

Good room, spacious, comfortable bed, large well‑equipped bathroom, Wi‑Fi worked well, breakfast was very good and complete. The hotel is in a business‑residential center, surrounded by restaurants, not a tourist spot but it worked for our needs. Friendly staff; I needed a charger for my phone and they lent me one. I had to do a currency exchange, planned to hit the road with some colones, but the reception doesn’t do that, so I walked to an ATM that charged a modest 45 % fee for a 10 000‑colones withdrawal.

“Highly recommend for families, business or single travelers.”

Clean, nice facility. Large room, nice gym and bar, patio area. Great location. Safe area. Great staff. The only issue was the underground parking and drop‑off area that required entering the hotel via elevators; Uber drivers struggled to find our location. The van service to the airport knew where to pick us up. We figured the best way was to go outside the hotel and have them pick us up at Starbucks or another nearby business.

“Boa experiência com excelente localização.”

The hotel sits in a great spot, with solid facilities and rooms that are spacious and very comfortable, and the gym covered our needs well. The only hiccup was the parking communication: the building hosts other businesses that share the same garage, but no hotel staff were in the parking area (on a different floor) to guide us. We had to climb up to the lobby for parking instructions and luggage help, and the guidance we got was wrong, implying the garage spaces were unusable. The same confusion happened when we checked out, with no clear directions on how to use the hotel‑validated ticket for exiting the garage, which caused further mix‑ups.
